Overview
The QDesigner Project Server allows questionnaires to be filled out online and
supports project based work in teams.
Projects & Synchronization
Questionnaires can be combined into projects
and project team members are able to synchronize with the server
to be keep up to date.
For instance
Team member A designs a questionnaire. As soon as he has finished, he
synchronizes with QDesigner Project Server. Now the questionnaire is available
on the server.
Later on team member B synchronizes with the Server and gets the questionnaire
that team member A designed. Team member B uses her Laptop to fill out the
questionnaire. As soon as team member B is online again, she synchronizes with
the server again, uploading the collected data in the process.
Team member C synchronizes with the server for the first time and after the
synchronisation has finished, he has both the questionnaire that A designed as
well as the data that B collected at his disposal and is able to start the
analysis.
Filling out Online
QDesigner Server allows questionnaires to be filled out
online. By choosing the questionnaires and the preferred method of access (free,
password or one-time password) you enable them to be filled out online. If you
choose to use passwords you are able to change them and download them as an
excel sheet. The passwords can be encoded into an url and easily mailed to the
interviewees if you choose so. Optionally you can enter a mail address to
receive a notification if a questionnaire was filled out.
